To manage a region, click on the region icon in the toolbar menu.

Or select Menu => Manage => Region

First select a country in window "Region". After this the list of regions will be updated.

You can add or delete a region with the plus- and minus sign.

To rename a region, select a country and then a region. If you have made any changes and you leave the field «Region», all changes will be saved automatically.

A region that is assigned in other items can not be deleted. The number on the right side of the region shows you many items are assigned to this region.
